“The Best Student Housing Middletown Has to Offer…”
I have been a Campus Heights Resident for 2 years and lived in both the Suite Style Premiere and the Rooftop lofts. These apartments are the superior option for students studying at PSUH that need to live somewhere year round. The apartments are very comfortable and serviced with friendly staff. I cannot stress enough how great it is to have your own bathroom and a full size bed. Lou, the on sight security, keeps the students in line, safe, and is just the absolute man. The clubhouse is a great asset to students with a gym , a study room, and a coffee bar. These are often underutilized by students but for someone me, I find that this is a great “I’m in a hurry and need to do this quickly, I’ll go to the clubhouse” option. Not to mention the massive TV, pool table, and ping pong table. The pool is great when it’s open."
I had the opportunity to stay at Campus Heights while completing an internship with Hershey Entertainment and Resorts during the summer of 2021. The Suite Style Premier unit was incredible! Upon arrival, the apartment was spotless. The clubhouse was super modern and clean as well. The pool and central air conditioning in the unit was really nice on hot days. I was impressed that maintenance regularly changed the HVAC air filter in my apartment. The free laundry machines made washing my uniforms very easy. Trash and recycling receptacles were conveniently located throughout the complex. Cali, the property manager, was super helpful and answered any questions that I had. I highly recommend Campus Heights."
Lived here for 2 years and it was a great experience. I lived in the upstairs units, which are very spacious and more private. This is a nice place to live if you can afford it. It is very close to campus, which is also a bonus. The management staff is very polite and friendly. Cali does a great job tending to all the residents problems and making sure that their accommodations are met. The people at the front desk are also friendly and helpful when it comes to questions, or even just picking up your mail. The maintenance team is also friendly and helpful, and they will certainly get to your repair requests quickly and efficiently if there is a problem. Also, the security guard, Lou, is one of the best. He makes sure that the students are safe, and comfortable.
Overall, this is a nice place to be. There are a lot of great people who live and work here, and who are a pleasure to be around. Definitely consider living here if you want to be close to campus."
